How quickly will I get a response?
We usually respond within 1 working day. Got an urgent question? Call us directly — the number is at the bottom of the page.
Can I just call without an appointment?
Yes, you can. But for a proper conversation about your wishes, we recommend booking an intro call via Calendly — that way we have the time to really go through it.
What should I prepare for an intro call?
Nothing in particular. It helps to have an idea of team size, preferred date and location — but we'll ask those during the call too.
Do you work with tailored quotes?
Yes. After the intro call we send a quote based on your team size, chosen package and any extra wishes.
Do you also work for small businesses or freelancers?
We don't work with individual freelancers. Our smallest package is based on 10 photos. Have a team smaller than 10 people? You can still book this package, for example by having multiple photos taken per person. Get in touch and we'll discuss what fits best.
What if I haven't heard back after two days?
That shouldn't happen, but we may be on a shoot and your message takes a little longer. Feel free to send us a reminder via WhatsApp or call directly, and we'll make sure you're helped quickly.
