What do we need to arrange before the shoot?
The only things you arrange: pick a date, make a space available at your workplace and make sure employees sign up for the headshot day. During the branding consult we discuss style, atmosphere and brand identity for the team headshots together. The easiest way to manage sign-ups is a booking link employees can use to schedule their preferred time slot themselves, fully automated and including reminders. Prefer to plan via Excel? That works too. We handle the rest, from setup to photos delivered individually per person.
Where is the mobile photo studio set up and how much space is needed for a headshot shoot?
In a suitable spot at your workplace — think a meeting room, entrance hall or open office space. For SET a space of about 4 by 4 meters is enough. For the queue with GO and SET&GO we need a little more room — this can also be a hallway next to the studio. All we need besides that is a power outlet; we bring everything else ourselves.
What if our office doesn't have much space for a team headshot shoot?
We're flexible. During the branding consult we discuss your office layout and adapt the mobile studio setup to the available space. Do keep in mind that certain lighting setups aren't possible in a very small space, but we almost always find a solution that works.
Can employees decline their headshot or have it retaken?
Yes. After the shoot each employee selects their own favorite photo from the shots taken. Not happy with the result? They can simply say so, and we'll take extra photos on the spot — so everyone goes home with a great headshot.
How quickly are the professional headshots available after the shoot?
Within 7 working days each employee receives their own retouched headshot, in multiple formats and ready to use on LinkedIn and the website. Everyone picks their own best photo immediately after the shoot. Need the headshots urgently? Mention it during the conversation and we'll look at the options together.
