SET, GO or SET&GO — which fits our company?
The choice depends on two things: the size of your team and how much control you want over planning. For teams of 20 to 80 people with fixed time slots, SET is the logical choice. Teams of 10 to 60 people who want maximum flexibility or a quick setup choose GO. For large organizations of 50–500+ people, or anyone who wants to make sure everyone participates, SET&GO is the most complete option. Still unsure? Book an intro call and we'll advise you.
Which package is best for team headshots at large organizations?
For teams of 50–500+ people, SET&GO is the most complete choice for team headshots. Scheduled time slots and walk-in space at the same shoot station ensure maximum participation and a smooth day. For larger events or organizations we can deploy multiple shoot stations simultaneously.
How many employees can you photograph in one day?
With the SET&GO model we can photograph up to 125 employees per day at full capacity. In practice most organizations opt for multiple days — not because capacity is an issue, but because not everyone is available on the same day. For large events where hundreds of people need to be photographed, we set up multiple simultaneous shoot stations with the GO or SET&GO model. Book an intro call and we'll discuss what works best for your situation.
How long does a professional headshot shoot take per person?
An individual session takes about 15 minutes per person: 5 minutes touch-up with our makeup artist, 5 minutes in front of the camera and 5 minutes to pick the best photo. The day is tightly planned with our own shoot flow and crowd management, keeping disruption to the working day minimal so everyone gets back to work quickly.
How can employees schedule a time slot for their headshot shoot?
The easiest way is via a booking link, fully automated and including reminders for employees. The link is easy to share via email or internal communications. We can also provide branded promo material, such as posters and flyers for the workplace, to make sign-up as smooth as possible. Prefer to work with an Excel schedule? We have a template you can fill in yourself.
Can I track who has signed up for the headshot day?
Yes, you can. We export the schedule on request so you have a full overview of sign-ups. That way you can see at a glance who still needs a reminder.
Is makeup included in a professional headshot shoot?
Yes, a makeup artist is present for a professional touch-up with all packages. Quick, subtle and just enough to look your best. For the men that means nothing more than a little powder for shine and hair in place. The touch-up is optional — anyone who'd rather skip it can simply say so.
What if someone is ill or absent on the day of the team photo shoot?
Are there people absent on the shoot day? We include them in the next shoot, when you photograph a new group of employees. That way your team page stays up to date.
